  • What is the processing time for an order?
    • If your order is NOT a customized order, please allow 2-3 business days from the date you placed your order for it to ship.
    • If your order is a customized order, please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be customized and shipped.  Please note that processing timeframes are listed under each item on the website.
  • What is your refund policy?

  • Do you customize products for Family Reunions, Schools or large events?

Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped AFTER the order has been processed.  To see estimated processing times please refer to the processing time FAQ above.

We offer First Class Shipping (1-5 business days), Priority Shipping (1-3) business days and Overnight shipping.  The cost for shipping varies based upon your location, the weight of the items being shipped, and the type of shipping you selected.  Each shipping option is displayed at checkout and reflects your total shipping cost based upon the above mentioned criteria. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification along with tracking number, when your order has shipped. 

Please be advised that potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, however we will communicate if there are any delays on our end.  If you require to have the item sent as a rush, there is an extra charge for rush handling. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within 10 miles of zip code 60440. Orders will be delivered once your item is completed.

Deliveries are made to the address on file and we will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at datteebiz@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
